Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(a variety of extra virgin olive oils are available here)
1/3 Cup Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Sugar
just a pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the above ingredients and mix together. Have fun by using a variety of different oils and vinegars.  Sweeten with honey, maple syrup and fruit juices. You can replace some of the acid with different citrus and fruit juices.

Don't be afraid to mix oils to enhance flavor. You can always add a little water if needed. Adjust flavor with herbs, mustard and fruit purees.

You're only limited by your own imagination!
